create delay-breaking doc #85

The functions hyper_array, hyper_tibble and hyper_tbl_cube are delay-breaking functions and could be grouped together in one page. That will make the doc simpler and clearer.

Also hyper_stars, hyper_raster and so forth, perhaps with Suggests/loadNamespace caveats?
