Read and check plates produced in MS Excel #12

Plates need to have

Function should wrap readxl::read_excel, check info, maybe add WellR and WellC columns?

Better recommendation: use plater package to include data "laid out like plates".

@seaaan, this is a feature that we would be happy to add with a new vignette, do you by any chance have some qPCR date with a plater setup that we might be able to work with?

Here is a data set. The cells (Colo205) were treated with various concentrations of an anti-retroviral drug in vitro for 4 or 7 days. Then four reference genes and one gene of interest were measured. Let me know if you have any questions!

Thanks @seaaan , the attachment didn't come through though. Any chance you could add the data and plate plan to directory /inst/extdata, then pull request into plater-excel-12 branch?
