Changes version of 0.2.0 to 0.2.1

Actually - do I understand right that test is failing on the development branch of ubuntu? I don't think we need to pass on devel rather than release as it puts us at the mercy of weird things in someone else's development branch. So could we just stop doing that test?

I took executive action by deleting that test. If this commit passes all tests, I'll merge the pull request.
