protect_triplecolons? #98

Would it be in scope for tinkr to have a function for protecting triple colons such as

[You are sneaky!]{style="color: transparent;"}

In babeldown, because they become text, they're translated. I might add something in babeldown.

Huh, for some reason, this flew past my radar. I think it's worthwile to include the fences as protected species.
