Support Bety api `v1` #103

The new Bety API is now released as v1, with the same functionality as beta. Beta will not be deprecated for a while, but traits should support both names.

Should we also switch the default API version (used when options("betydb_api_version") is unset) from v0 to v1?

Cool. Up to you and @dlebauer whether default is v0 or v1

Eventually, the default should be v1. But that is not the highest priority at this point.

Switching to v1 is easy, especially if #94 is merged before I push -- already have a patch that I wrote on top of that by mistake.

@infotroph do you still have the change to make v1 the default? Since #94 has been merged now would be a good time to do it.
