`vis_miss` issues deprecation warning of `gather_`

The package uses a deprecated variant of gather (see the reprex below). I would recommend using {tidyr}pivot_* functions instead as the gather is superseded.

Hi thanks for this! You're absolutely right, it should be updated to use the pivot_* family now. I guess this package's age is starting to show!

I've run into this, as well. It's still working, but I guess it's on life support. However, thank you a lot for this package! I love it.

Thanks folks! I had a crack at fixing this in #142 but there are a couple of small errors appearing in tests that I need to sift through, hoping to get to this soon.
