create a vignette #27

Expand on the README and demonstrate how vis_dat and vis_miss can be used with dplyr, tidyr, etc.

vignette created, but need to work on the workflow of using dplyr, tidyr, naniar

Perhaps this could be something about visualising missingness, then dealing with it appropriate ways.

I think that this would be best as a more advanced vignette, "Using dplyr and visdat"
