Add additional ts_groupids to lookup #16

I can not recall if I just missed these timeseriesgroupids or these were recently added to the API documentation, but this PR adds the get_stations for a couple of new variables/frequencies combinations:

water_level hour
water_level day
water_level month
water_level year
water_temperature 15min
wind_direction 15min
wind_speed 15min

Coverage remained the same at 90.82% when pulling 122db730383f021deb100c5e95067afb222cd745 on update_groupids into 75fee4d925eb2d7bab7ed4c9c1b6e235a66117e5 on master.
