Because of #30 I had to cheat a bit, and remove the following line to have a valid Rmd check:

That change was not committed and I left the original example in the documentation

Note that some figures have changed. @stijnvanhoey I think it is best if you rebase master and rebuild website to resolve issues.

Also updated gitignore: no files were added/removed because of this though

Coverage remained the same at 91.262% when pulling 30e5adad1696d421de1633e9df311f2e9be963d9 on structure_description into 04463b409cff7aa04e24ba413194a9b04c0f8287 on master.
