Adapts the copyright messages to INBO, as the work has done under the umbrella of INBO. Thanks to ThierryO for providing the info on how to properly include it to the DESCRIPTION file (https://github.com/inbo/wateRinfo/issues/42).

Coverage remained the same at 95.405% when pulling 7c3403c994ac322c297ccea691915fb80bcc6644 on copyright-inbo into 11b7d13b7ee4fa6aa39a2918aceb0cf36a493635 on master.

No bumping of versions, adapts will be integrated on next release
