I'm not sure I understand what you mean. How does GitHub link to the default rOpenSci code of conduct? In my README I reference the code of conduct... should I update that link?

This is the current guidance in the dev guide but I am yet to go through previously onboarded repos. I thought of weathercan because I mean to use opening an issue here as example in the comm call.
