add DOI badge (#347) and additional use cases (#355) to README #402

Just adds DOI badge and additional use cases to README. I found the additional use cases through researchgate.net and they are by no means comprehensive. I just thought it would be nice to have some recent papers that used webchem.

That sounds fine to me, although not everyone that cites webchem is using webchem (includes reviews and such as well). I'll update the PR accordingly.
