Reconcile "abstract" and "description" metadata fields #34

DCMI permits both, but services generally only recognise one. To enable a proper round trip, translation to service structure can be done by inserting corresponding headers, and the individual terms then distinguished again when data are downloaded from host service.

Note that DCMI "abstract" is a subproperty of "description".
