HA of the roq modules and message storing (with check pointing as described in the future work page on the wiki).

  1. Complete overview of the State full elements, list them
  2. Integration of Zookeeper and migration of GCM state information to ZK
  3. Backup registration of each active/standby element
  4. Dynamic re-direction of requests

In addition to list of stateless/stateful elements (along with the information they contain), we need to make the list of all sockets that are used on each element.
