roq build on jenkins are empty #151

As the former post build script was using a fix version number to package the jar, the 1.1 version is not taken anymore.

@jbruggem Can you check whether our jenkins is well the one specified here https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Building+a+maven2+project ?

@jbruggem OK I managed to get it by a groovy script. Do not need to check

This is now resolved on the RoQNightly build I still need to copy the script on the Stable job. The problem was: Since the last release, for which we have a real version number, the locations and the names f the archives depend on the Maven component version. So I implemented a groovy script as pre-build script that retrieve the main pom in the workspace, extract the version and set a Jenkins variable. I re-use this variable as the 3rd entry of the post build script.
