Implementing the mockup with ext4js, using rest API exposed by @jbruggem .

@dugauthier I suppose this is finished. I would like to close this one and open more accurate tickets such as:

  1. Creating the remove/add queue button
  2. Creating the stop/start button
  3. Creating the add/remove roq Host
  4. ....
