New flags

--api allowing values v1 (default) or v2

Preparations have been made but it's unclear if the test environment announced on 2022-06-24 also allows programmatic access. The exchange has been contacted for clarification.

The public v2 API's have been updated

roq-kucoin-futures-0.8.5-h2bc3f7f_6

The private v2 API's have NOT been updated.

Keeping this open for 0.8.7 in case there are any pre-release changes announced by the exchange.

Not sure if/when this will happen... moving this from release to roadmap
