Provide option to not pause waiting for media app selection when hitting the play button #25

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When paused, hit play. You must wait before playback is resumed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect the last media app to immediately start playing.

What version of the product are you using? 

1.4.0

On what version of android?

4.0.4

On what device?

Galaxy nexus

Please provide any additional information below.

Perhaps provide a "No timeout" or "Play immediately" selection to Timeout speed 
in the settings.

I agree. It should be option not to choose player applications, just lock on 
last played (and paused) app.
