Samsung gear media buttons only work once. Then default to Samsung music app #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1 . press play on Samsung gear. 
2. Select desired player
3. Try and pause the music and the Samsung music app starts playing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? The latest one at time of post. On 
what version of android?4.3 On
what device? Note 3 with Samsung gear watch

Please provide any additional information below.
