Fix moved cheese #340

Line number changed after changes in docker-compose.yml

Hi @kant2002 and thanks for the PR. The reason the that line # is off is that we're temporarily running 2 Elasticsearch instances as part of a migration from 6.x to 7.x, and the local dev env is set up that way to allow testing. If running locally, I would suggest using previous release 1.3.17 for now ([Docker image here])(https://hub.docker.com/layers/rorcommunity/ror-api/1.3.17/images/sha256-a3051ec07099b61f46eb52d1477857f67a955ea09cbd14335d64ed58c905cac9?context=explore). I will be pulling the v6.x instance out this week, so will update the readme then.
