[ROADMAP] Improve registry coverage and data quality for specific regions

We are working with regional partners, particularly outside the US and Europe, to expand coverage and improve ROR metadata.

Current projects include:

• Collaboration with LA Referencia and other stakeholders to review coverage and data for organizations in Latin America
• Review and QA of Japanese organizations in ROR, in collaboration with stakeholders and advisors
