Describe the problem you would like to solve As part of https://github.com/ror-community/ror-roadmap/issues/122, create a new JSON schema document in ror-schema for ROR records that implements the changes listed in the ROR schema v2.0 final proposal

Additional information Ensure that the schema is valid, ex, using https://www.json-schema-linter.com
