Describe the problem you would like to solve Some advanced searches are case-sensitive, which leads to inconsistent results:

https://api.ror.org/organizations?query.advanced=Stellenbosch (11 results)
https://api.ror.org/organizations?query.advanced=stellenbosch (3 results)
https://api.ror.org/organizations?query.advanced=addresses.city:Denver (182 results)
https://api.ror.org/organizations?query.advanced=addresses.city:denver (0 results)
https://api.ror.org/organizations?query.advanced=relationships.type:Child (4319 results)
https://api.ror.org/organizations?query.advanced=relationships.type:child (0 results)

Describe the solution you'd like

All searches and filters should be case-insensitive so that users of the ROR API don't have to consider letter case in input data

Who would benefit from this feature? All users of the ROR API query.advanced parameter
