[FEATURE] Schema/API v2.0 implementation phase 2: Update API to support searching and returning v2 data #185

As part of https://github.com/ror-community/ror-roadmap/issues/122, update API to support searching/requesting/returning data in either v1 or v2 format.

Describe the solution you'd like

Major version should be specified in the path portion of the request URL, ex https://api.ror.org/v2/organizations
If no version is supplied in the request URL, fallback to a default version
v2/organizations?query.advanced should be updated to support v2 fields
v2/organizations?query should return same results as v1/organizations?query
v2/organizations?affiliation should return same results as v1/organizations?affiliation
