Describe the problem you would like to solve As part of https://github.com/ror-community/ror-roadmap/issues/122:

Update ROR search app https://github.com/ror-community/ror-app (https://ror.org/search) to retrieve data from API v2
Display should remain the same
Implement using a Launch Darkly feature flag to allow toggling between v1 and v2
