[SCHEMA] Identify names as being former names with an additional type "former" #200

Describe the problem you would like to solve Organizations need a way to clearly indicate that an alias is a former name. In some cases, an alias indicates a relationship between organizations that no longer exists, but which is still used to identify past research outputs. See https://github.com/ror-community/ror-updates/issues/5997 for a concrete example.

Describe the schema change that you would like in order to solve the problem We could add an additional type "former" that indicates this status, similar to "ror display" in schema v2.0.

Who would benefit from this change? Anyone looking to track the which names on a record are current vs. historical
