[BUG] v2 UI: Missing Other Names section on search list view

Describe the bug Per the spec, the list view should display "other names" (acronyms, aliases, labels) as a comma-separated list beneath the display name. This is not currently displayed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Search for a record that contains multiple name variations, ex https://dev.ror.org/search?page=1&query=United%20States%20Department%20of%20Energy
2. Other names are not displayed in list view

Expected behavior In the list view, other names should be shown beneath the display name, per the list view section of the spec.
