[FEATURE] Use ror.org domain for BlueSky handle #280

Describe the problem you would like to solve The ROR BlueSky handle currently points to the default bsky.social domain, which is generic and unverified. https://bsky.app/profile/researchorgs.bsky.social

Describe the solution you'd like Would like to use ROR's own domain for ROR's BlueSky profile, e.g., https://bsky.app/profile/ror.org See for example Altmetric's BlueSky handle: https://bsky.app/profile/altmetric.com

Who would benefit from this feature? Those who follow ROR on BlueSky, who can be sure that it is the account associated with ror.org. It's also an easier handle to remember and share.

Additional information BlueSky domain handle tutorial

Not quite sure from the tutorial if after the change https://bsky.app/profile/researchorgs.bsky.social will reliably redirect to https://bsky.app/profile/ror.org -- if not, or even if so, we would need to change the BlueSky handle in the website and app footer as well as in other content.

Update: I pointed my own BlueSky handle to my own domain, and the old profile link definitely does not resolve to the new one when changed.
