[FEATURE] Add filtering to search results in web front end #59

Describe the problem you would like to solve When viewing the results of a manual search using the search box at https://ror.org/, be able to filter the returned results by key metadata characteristics like country & type.

Describe the solution you'd like Add filters to the side of the results page (e.g. https://ror.org/search?query=abc)

Who would benefit from this feature? Librarians, Researchers, Repository Managers, Data Analysts. Essentially make life a little bit easier for anyone doing a manual search.
