[FEATURE] Analytics for ror-site and ror-app #94

Describe the problem you would like to solve ROR current does not have usage statistics for ror-site and ror-app, which makes it difficult to see which pages/features are used most and what the general traffic volume is. This sort of information would be useful for future decision-making around content and infrastructure.

Describe the solution you'd like Implement usage statistics for ror-site and ror-app, either using Cloudfront logs or an analytics tool such as Piwik/Matomo. User privacy should be prioritized - tool/approach should not collect PII, only aggregate stats.

Who would benefit from this feature? ROR staff
