Per the description on the organization's site, "Services at this location at the ProMedica Center for Health Services are provided by ProMedica Toledo Hospital," so this is not a discrete organization. The parent, ProMedica Toledo Hospital already exists in ROR - https://ror.org/03scrf030, but needs updating. I'll create a separate issue to address.
