Appears to be more of a repository for the Saudi Health Council (which does not exist in ROR, so I've created a request to add) than an independent organization. While repositories can be in scope, there is no clear evidence of affiliation usage for the repository itself. I think the absence of this make its insufficient to add at this time, but I'd appreciate a second review.

To address the growing national need for data infrastructure, the NHRSP initiative was founded in 2018 as a national e-platform for health research data. NHRSP currently under the supervision of the center for health research studies at Saudi health council, however hosts datasets from major national efforts and is recommended for data deposition by leading scientific entities , and its adoption was facilitated and fostered by national policies.

@AlaaSayyari Thanks for these clarifications. For ROR's purposes, it would be helpful to know to what extent NHRSP operates as an independent organization from the Saudi Health Council, meaning it has staff affiliated exclusively with it exclusively vs. any other organization. Since evidence of this was not provided in the request, we could only assess relative to published works and assertions, for which there was also not a clear demonstration of this division.
