I think this organization is reliable. It is funded by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic and it is listed in the Research, Development and Innovation Information System, which collects information on research, development and innovation supported by public budgets in the Czech Republic. It cooperates with reputable research organisations. It has its own IČO number (which means that it is an independent unit). Yes, the links point to projects and at the bottom there are links to research results which were granted from the project. I didn't find any research results with this affiliation, but I would recommend to add this organization.
