Per curation team discussion, we would not remove as there is too much evidence of research outputs, but would also not proactively add the other divisions. We should separately identify whether this is still active and adjust the status to reflect.
Summary of request: Merge two or more ROR records

Organizations affected by this change: National Center for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, National Center for PTSD ROR ID(s) of organization(s) affected by this change: https://ror.org/04xv0vq46 https://ror.org/01dbbht76 How should the record(s) be changed? DTIC - https://ror.org/01zqyhk59 flagged that we have two, potentially duplicate records for the National Center for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. One record (https://ror.org/04xv0vq46) represents the headquarters in White River Junction, Vermont, while https://ror.org/01dbbht76 represents a division of this org in Honolulu. The Honolulu division, also known as the Pacific Islands Division, appears to still be active based on recent publications (e.g., https://doi.org/10.1037/ser0000774) but otherwise appears to lack any distinct online presence. We could either withdraw the Honolulu record (https://ror.org/01dbbht76) as a duplicate and consolidatie it with the main record (https://ror.org/04xv0vq46) or update the Honolulu record to accurately reflect its status as a division of the main organization. Alternatively, multiple locations could be added to the main record (https://ror.org/04xv0vq46) to represent all divisions of the National Center for PTSD, including those in Boston, MA; West Haven, CT; and Palo Alto, CA, as mentioned in the organization's history (https://www.ptsd.va.gov/about/work/ncptsd_history.asp).
