While medical schools are generally out of scope for ROR as university departments, this previously existed as a separate organization (the New Jersey Medical School) and was absorbed into Rutgers Health. We would have to otherwise add as inactive to match historic outputs, but this doesn't reflect the general continuity of the org, so this is okay to add.
