As of 1 Jan 2024, the Extreme Light Infrastructure ERIC (ELI ERIC) integrated the facilities ELI Beamlines and ELI ALPS (ELI-HU) and operates them as a single organisation under the ELI ERIC framework, ideally these could be merged in the ROR.

Annual report from ELI website mentions merge but no name for unifying organization. Facilities still seem to be active. Current path is to mark the facilities as inactive and appoint new parent record as successor. Could use a second review. May email.
