Under current ROR guidelines unsure if this is in scope, as not an organization, per se. Does have solid affiliation usage.

I would be more inclined to add, were it not for the fact that we have a record for https://ror.org/05qewa988, which is described on their site as:

"The R Foundation is a not for profit organization working in the public interest. It has been founded by the members of the R Development Core Team[...]"

While it may be the case that not every member is associated with the foundation, the core team does not seem a discrete organization apart from this entity. My preference would be to index these names as aliases on https://ror.org/05qewa988. Flagging for second review.
