I can find no instances of affiliation usage with the research foundation qualifier and the requestor did not provide. The Southern Oregon Orthopedics practice appears to have extensive affiliation usage (e.g. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.eats.2016.08.024; https://doi.org/10.1016/j.arthro.2016.08.011), so we could this instead. No record exists for it in ROR and it appears otherwise in scope.

I can't find any information about or affiliation usage for the research foundation. I would support adding a new record for the practice given affiliation usage for that entity. I changed the org type (from nonprofit to healthcare) and added the ISNI ID for the practice in the metadata above but the rest of the record metadata (name etc) still needs to be updated accordingly.
