The Andrei Sakharov Center in Moscow manages the largest collection of memoirs of victims of political repression in the USSR: https://doi.org/10.33216/1998-7927-2020-259-3-9-12

Some of these memoirs have never been published. The Center helps researchers work with their databases and museum collections: https://en.nbpublish.com/library_read_article.php?id=37831

The staff of the Center assist the researchers in working with the database of memoirs. Published quantitative studies based on the database, for exemple:

YOUNG, SARAH J. “FRAMING GULAG MEMOIRS: A Distant Reading.” Rethinking the Gulag: Identities, Sources, Legacies, edited by ALAN BARENBERG and EMILY D. JOHNSON, Indiana University Press, 2022, pp. 155–80. JSTOR, https://doi.org/10.2307/j.ctv22fqbgj.11.

It's a platform for public lectures by researchers: https://place.asburyseminary.edu/asburyjournal/vol74/iss1/9/

Archive in Russia. Funds and employs researchers. I can find a single instance of direct affiliation usage, but details provided by requestor in comment demonstrate other research contributions. Consistent with the many other museum records we have. Should be added.

Publication affiliation usage: https://doi.org/10.31168/2305-6754.2015.4.2.1

I am not finding any affiliation use. However, the organization does publish multiple databases (https://www.sakharov-center.ru/asfcd/martirolog/; https://www.sakharov-center.ru/asfcd/auth/) and adding would be consistent with other museum records in ROR, as noted by previous curator. Add to ROR.
