Request is to add multiple children of https://ror.org/01tc2d264. Will need to review each for scope etc, so treating this as a project. Also relates to questions around appropriate levels of hierarchy in the French context.

Local contact indicated need for these to be added as part of France's national PID strategy. Will add to ROR as part of broader reconciliation between the registry and their descriptions of research units. Since this is not a true update request, will fold into the project issue.
