Website does not load and publications links are for a single author. Recommend declining as out of scope unless additional research outputs by other authors can be demonstrated.

Website does not load. Biofarma Study Center seems to be the publisher of the scholarly journal "Biofarma, multidisciplinary scientific journal of biology, pharmacy and health" (ISSN: 2965-0607). Google Scholar finds multiple papers published in Biofarma. But, again, these papers cannot be accessed as biofarma1.net will not load. If Biofarma Study Center is a legitimate publisher it might be in scope as a "publisher/repository" organization. Recommend placing on hold and re-evaluating at a later time, in case the website access issue is temporary.

@adambuttrick - I am going to go ahead and move this to Hold for later. Let me know if your thoughts differ and we can discuss further, if required.
