Private university network in Africa, incorporated in the United States, first identified in https://github.com/ror-community/ror-updates/issues/2536. Affiliation usage for this exists in the various countries where they have campuses, but the degree to which they exist as independent entities is debatable. For now, I think we can add a record at this level and add regional sub-organizations later, if needed.
