From the description on https://ror.org/03d1zwe41 (the child the request indicates should be removed):

"While, structurally, the CBBS is a unit at the Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg (OVGU), it is a scientific joint venture between OVGU and Leibniz-Institute for Neurobiology (LIN)"

In almost all other cases, we would consider this a parent-child relationship, however I suppose we could change this to related, as this is org request. @MSpenger could you take a look at this?

If the request came from the organisation, I think we can remove the parent-child relation. I agree, that the "Center for Behavioral Brain Sciences" should be listed as "related" to the "Leibniz Institute for Neurobiology".
