Vocational institute in Cameroon. I've having trouble finding affiliation usage for this, but is referenced in state decrees and other government documents (e.g. https://www.prc.cm/files/be/8e/a1/174205db3a785a0d416c0db6fec4cd5f.pdf) so I suppose this is fine to add.
