2 years ago Joint project between https://ror.org/03cqe8w59 and https://ror.org/01q6zce06 to create a mobile geodetic observatory in the southern hemisphere. Publication affiliation usage has it as a leading affiliation for https://ror.org/03cqe8w59, but because it is an international project with more than one funding source, I think its fine for this to have its own ROR ID. Employs specific researchers and its datasets are referenced in scholarly literature.
