Journal publisher and OJS service provider in India. Describes themselves as publisher of many journals, but a review of their site shows many blank journal pages with dummy ISSNs (e.g. https://journal.pubmedia.id/index.php/pjase and https://journal.pubmedia.id/index.php/jip/index). I think we need more evidence of legitimate publishing activities to added, preferably indexed in other sources, but would appreciate a second review.

Noting one additional oddity. The DOI they supplied for "Link to publications" - 10.22495/jgrv12i3siart12 - was registered by Virtus Interpress, which is based out of Ukraine, not Indonesia.

The way the frame things on their website, they seem to be a service provider with publishers as their clients.

But, they are a member of Crossref as publisher, and a client of the publishing service provider Relawan Jurnal Indonesia.

If the content they've registered with Crossref is sufficient proof, they definitely have legit publishing publishing activities https://api.crossref.org/members/26718/works?facet=container-title:*,issn:*&rows=0

But, don't know if that makes up for the other discrepancies in their website and information provided.

Right - Journal of Governance and Regulation is an Ukrainian journal https://portal.issn.org/resource/ISSN/2306-6784. Indonesian Journal Publisher is only in contact details of authors https://www.semanticscholar.org/reader/2747ad9805bcfcb46891a747937945ee2748b7c1

Dimensions lists 1271 articles from this publisher (only 204 citations though). https://app.dimensions.ai/analytics/publication/source_title/aggregated?order=date&or_facet_publisher=Indonesian%20Journal%20Publisher (registration required sorry). Starting in 2020, lots of journal titles. Seems like we should add this one?
