@huangjqq This was submitted with #8279 as its inactive predecessor organization. Although they have different names in Chinese, I'm wondering if they were truly distinct from each other, given that they are in the same place, links, and have the same parent. Could you take a look?

They just switched up the Chinese character used for "and" -- these are the same. I'm pretty sure 8279 has the correct current Chinese name form, though.
