We would need to add at the level of the publisher here, ProgHist Ltd. vs. the serial publication, as serials are out of scope for ROR. Updating request details to reflect.

As a serial publisher, this can most likely be added, but going to group with publisher discussion for the February curation board meeting.

The journal "Programming Historian" is listed in Dimensions - 115 articles since 2012. Reasonably well cited. Seems fine to add the publisher.
