There is a setting to make a repository a template repository.

This gives an easy to use "use this template" button at the top.

This project is new to me, but I understand that this software will help you create a module. It is not a template in itself, it just contains one. If that's true, it wouldn't be correct to declare it as a template here on GitHub.

@KristjanESPERANTO is correct, this repo is not a template, it is set up that it can generate a template. It would need to be rewritten to be a template repository.
