make timeline more compact #42

make the swim lane things shorter, cut out some padding space, maybe move the times to below the sliders, maybe make round sliders into just vertical lines?

Since the timeline is more compact, the animation of the icons doesn't work anymore. And can you make the circles smaller or cut them in halves?
